The Continuous Improvement Manager is involved in improving industrial processes. He/she is responsible for continuous improvement in conjunction with the team leaders.

Subject

The candidate will be responsible for improving production at the site where the famous G knives are made.

He or she will start with a low OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness – an industry performance indicator) (around 50%) and, by the end of the two hours, will have given the best instructions to the industrial team (production, maintenance, quality) to improve the OEE.

History
