Why take part?
Since 2022, the Golden Tech competition has been highlighting the excellence and expertise of French manufacturers. Over the course of 4 days, more than 100 candidates will compete against each other in a captivating show, representing 11 different professions. Golden Tech showcases the attractiveness of the industry’s professions and celebrates the men and women who embrace them on a daily basis and make them proud.
The Golden Tech competition is a continuous show that evaluates your dexterity and know-how to:
- Develop your profession and your individual talent
- Give your company visibility
- Highlight the attractiveness of careers in industry
Candidate visibility pack

Everything is in place to make it easier for you to take part:
- The creation of your free access badge to the show with privileged access
- Compensation for part of your expenses (€80 to €180 depending on where you are from)
- Software training available, organised by our partners
- A meal tray
- Official dress
- €1000 prize for the winner of each profession
The test
You should allow half a day at the show for each event:
- Approximately 3 hours of competition per candidate (may vary depending on the profession)
- Subject revealed 1 hour before the start of the test
- Profession-specific topics developed in collaboration with our profession sponsors
- Assessment using factual ratings (time, accuracy, etc.)
- A panel of experts to assess all professions
- Prize-giving ceremony on the Global Industrie Main Stage on the afternoon of Friday, 2 April 2026
