Golden Tech 2025: an exceptional ceremony in the heart of Bercy to reward industry talent
On 2 July 2025, the GoldenTech awards ceremony was held in the prestigious setting of Bercy, bringing together the industry community to celebrate the excellence, passion and commitment of professionals in the sector.
This not-to-be-missed event, supported by Global Industrie, put the spotlight on the men and women who shape our industry. In an atmosphere charged with emotion and pride, the winners were praised for their unique expertise, their inspiring career paths and their concrete contribution to industrial transformation.
Marc Ferracci welcomes industry talent to Bercy
The Golden Tech 2025 ceremony was marked by an official welcome to Bercy by Marc Ferracci, the French Minister for Industry and Energy. The Minister, who has long been committed to promoting industrial trades, opened the doors of his ministry to honour the winners of this year’s competition.
In personally presenting the prizes to the winners, Marc Ferracci paid tribute to the excellence of their careers, their commitment and their essential role in the industrial transformation of our country. It’s a powerful gesture of recognition and legitimacy for the entire Golden Tech community.
Inspiring career paths, reflecting a human and passionate industry
Whether they are recent graduates, returnees, teachers or company founders, the Golden Tech 2025 winners embody the richness and diversity of French industry. From Gaël Léonard, a technical drawing enthusiast who became a jewellery designer, to Laurianne Bezard, a former driving instructor who now heads up a multi-site supply chain, not forgetting the students at Twins Prod and the Beuscart twins, pioneers in robotics, each has a unique and inspiring story to tell. They all share the same energy: that of driving the industry forward, with heart, rigour and boldness.
